How does it work to see a therapist? Do we choose our therapist ourselves?
You start by filling the form on the Book a Session page. Based on this information, we choose the therapist who will be the right fit for you. You'll be contacted by that therapist within two business days to schedule your first appointment.
How much does it cost?
Our Associates aren't students, they're licensed therapists in private practice. The fees are $100 a session or $110 to see a PhD psychologist. Rates for other services like massage and osteopathy vary.
Is there parking available?
There is paid parking on Monkland Avenue and plenty of free parking on side streets.
Do you give receipts for insurance?
Yes, we do. Please check with your insurance company and advise us in advance which professional order you're covered for (e.g. psychologist, naturopath, social worker, etc.) and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require 24 hours cancellation notice or else you'll be charged for the full appointment fee.
What are your hours? Do you have weekend appointments?
We are open 9am-9pm, Monday to Friday.
We have a limited number of therapists who work weekends. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes but we can't guarantee they'll be available.
Is the Centre wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately the offices are located on the second floor with no elevator.
