Do you have remote services available?

 

Yes, we offer phone and video therapy, just fill a form on our Book a Session page and a therapist will contact you to schedule an appointment. Most of our therapists are working remotely, but if you’re interested in an in-person appointment, please specify this on your intake form and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

How does it work to see a therapist? Do we choose our therapist ourselves?

 

You start by filling the form on the Book a Session page. Based on this information, we choose the therapist who will be the right fit for you. You'll be contacted by that therapist within two business days to schedule your first appointment. You can have a free 10 minute check-in before starting therapy.

 

How much does it cost?

 

Our Associates aren't students, they're licensed therapists in private practice. The fees are $135 a session to see a therapist (psychotherapist, social worker, etc), or $150 to see a psychologist.

 

Do you give receipts for insurance?

 

Yes, we do. Please check with your insurance company and advise us in advance which professional order you're covered for (e.g. psychologist, naturopath, social worker, etc.) and we'll do our best to accommodate you.  

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

 

Yes, we require 24 hours cancellation notice or else you'll be charged for the full appointment fee.

 

What are your hours? Do you have weekend appointments?

 

We are open 9am-9pm, Monday to Friday.

We have a limited number of therapists who work weekends. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes but we can't guarantee they'll be available.
